Black Belt Test - 2007

Unlike most other schools that offer classes and training in Martial Arts, Amkor Karate Institutes does not require students to sign contracts of any kind.

Our "No Contracts" policy creates a chemistry among students that's conducive to high quality performance.  Every Amkor student has a genuine desire to train and is not simply attending classes because they've prepaid for lessons, as is often the case in other schools.

In traditional Martial Arts training, students are promoted to a higher rank when they complete the requirements for each belt rank. General testing is held four times per year for under Black Belt ranks. Testing is required for advancement to higher belt ranks, but is not mandatory to continue training.

Students do not automatically become eligible for testing or promotion simply by completing physical requirements or time-in-grade requirements.

The goal and mission of the Amkor Karate Institutes is to produce Black Belts with superior technical skills and strong character traits.  Since 1977, we've given our students what they earn regarding promotion, and what they expect and pay for - a quality Martial Arts education.
